Attendance tells you who turned up. It does not tell you whether anyone can do something new on Monday morning. That is why every training engagement we run is built around a baseline, midline and endline assessment.
Three checkpoints
- Baseline: a knowledge check before the programme starts, so we know where each cohort really is.
- Midline: a knowledge check part-way through, on harder and more applied material, so we can adjust while there is still time.
- Endline: an experience survey at the close, covering confidence, usefulness and what people plan to do next.
Why it matters to you
With three data points, you can see the change instead of guessing at it. In our most recent corporate cohort, 93% of participants reported significantly increased confidence using AI, and the programme earned an average rating of 4.7 out of 5.
Honest reporting
A measurement framework is only useful if it is reported honestly. We include what did not work, such as connectivity problems or participants asking for more time, so the next cohort is better than the last.
